- Proof of Business Operation - Documents showing your company is actively running
- Company Representative's Information - Including contact details and identification

For Korean companies specifically, you'll need to upload:

2. Register Employee
For employees here are the key steps to register:
If You're an Employee:
- Request an Employment Certificate (재직증명서) from your company
- Ensure your company is registered on the Busaness platform
- Submit your employee registration through the platform
- Wait for approval before proceeding with accommodation booking

- Log in to your account on the Busaness platform

- Choose your desired check-in and check-out dates
- Submit your booking request through the platform

Arriving in Busan!
Before you check into your hotel, you'll need to visit the Busan Workation Center, located on the 24th Floor of the Asti Hotel right next to Busan Station. The center is open from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM. The staff there will confirm your stay and guide you through the entire process, ensuring everything is in order before you head to your accommodation.

You will be greeted at the counter by very friendly receptionists and they will walk you through the process. You will also receive a Busan Workation Welcome Package with a lot of vouchers that you can use during your stay in Busan. Remember it’s a workation, Work during the day Vacation after! You will get free points that you can use for a selected number of activities
